That means all construction documentation is coordinated at one design hub, from architectural and mechanical/electrical drawings to finish/responsibility schedules. From on-site surveys, critical path planning, finish samples, preliminary construction schedules, landlord approvals, preliminary budgets and cost advice/value engineering to building permit applications. All of it. So you get seamless coordination between design and construction. Always.

Vergo offers end-to-end, 360° procurement services that add real value to the sourcing function. We exercise substantial purchasing power to secure the best possible price for all furnishings and equipment, including all millwork, flooring, lighting and metal. We seek alternate materials and finishes via a value engineering process that balances the needs of design and budget. And we source products that exceed quality standards to insure lasting performance and durability. Because value is something we believe can be added at every step in the process.
At Vergo we oversee the delivery of all critical path items, making sure they are identified and ordered promptly to make on-site deliveries on required dates. And when specialized transport or specific location criteria are called for, we make all the necessary arrangements, taking one more failure point out of the equation.
Managing for momentum
Vergo’s project management team oversees and manages every aspect of your project, ensuring nothing impedes its smooth progression. We prepare all construction budgets and procure all labour and materials, and we establish construction schedules and oversee site execution and quality control. We supply weekly project reports including photos and site meetings with landlord, client and relevant trades. The process does not unfold on its own. We drive it forward.
Built does not mean complete
Once your build is finished, Vergo manages all occupancy and, if required, tenant allowance documentation. We oversee all equipment training needs. We provide you with as-built drawings as well as a complete project post mortem detailing areas for future improvement. Our all-encompassing oversight extends to the point where the keys change hands… and beyond as needed.
